GUIDELINES & TERMS 

• Lesson Scheduling: Lessons can be scheduled up to 15 days in advance.

• Frequency: Lessons should be scheduled at least once per week to maintain steady progress.

• Lesson Duration: Each lesson lasts between 60 and 120 minutes, it's up to you 

• Rescheduling: If you can't attend a lesson, you can reschedule it at least 24 hours before the lesson starts.

• Rescheduling Timing: Any rescheduled lessons must take place within the same week they were originally canceled.

• Cancellation Policy: If a lesson isn't rescheduled following the above guidelines, the time will be deducted from your package.

• Refund Policy: You can request a refund within 3 days after your first lesson if you are not satisfied. After 3 days, no refunds are available.

• Pause Policy: You can pause your learning for up to 15 days without losing any time on your package.

• Usage of Hours: Purchased hours should be used within the following periods:

  • New Amigo: Within 1 month of purchase

  • Growing Amigo: Within 3 months of purchase

  • LearnAmigo Pro: Within 6 months of purchase
